Manish Kiri appointed President and CEO of DyStar

4 February 2010, Singapore - DyStar’s owner, Kiri Holding Singapore Private Limited, has appointed Manish Kiri as the company’s new President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Effective February 4, 2010 Manish Kiri will replace J Mark Allan J. Mark Allan, will remain with the company as a Strategic Advisor for a period of 6 months to assist in the transition of duties and responsibilities, the company said in a statement issued this afternoon.

“Manish Kiri, together with the other members of the management team will ensure the stability and continuity of the company and drive it forward,” the company said.

 “This partnership of DyStar and Kiri Dyes & Chemicals will produce an effective and strong global player in the Dye-Stuffs market and I wish Manish and the management team all the success in returning DyStar to the central stage where it belongs,” commented J. Mark Allan.

“J Mark Allan has been very instrumental bringing and initiating positive changes in DyStar, we will continue the path of good restructuring work that he started. His advice and guidance in future would be very valuable in creating a sustainable future for DyStar and strengthening its leadership,” Manish Kiri.
