10 May 2010, Gent - FlandersBio and Centexbel have joined forces
to organize a Biomedical Textile seminar focusing on ‘Life Sciences &
Textile Technology’ collaborations. The main goal is to initiate cross-cluster
interactions and to develop interdisciplinary research ideas leading to
innovations and commercialisation opportunities.
The seminar is open to academic experts, industry experts as
well as business developers, financial experts and service providers.
The cost for participating is 100 EUR (VAT excluded) for
FlandersBio and Centexbel members and 160 EUR (VAT excluded) for non-members.

FlandersBio is the umbrella organisation for the Life
Sciences sector in Flanders. A dynamic non-profit, fee based organisation with
more than 190 members that supports and facilitates the sector’s sustained

the combined expertise of over 100 highly educated collaborators, an extensive
range of activities and services to the textile industry, including testing,
