The company will exhibit at IFAI Expo 2019, at The Orange County Convention Center, South Concourse, in Orlando, FL, from 2-4 October. The show is an opportunity to meet Aurora’s new President Marcia Ayala. In July, she was promoted from Vice President of the company to company President.

“The sectors of the textiles industry we serve are evolving rapidly and I’m looking forward to the IFAI show and the opportunity to discuss Aurora’s capabilities and the many innovative methods we’ve developed to help our customers find solutions to their product needs,” said Ms Ayala.

Aurora provides a wide variety of finishes – water repellency, antimicrobial and FR – and is well-known for engineering industrial belting and printable textiles as well as backings for pressure sensitive tape fabrics. With manufacturing operations in Yorkville, IL, and state-of-the-art technology, Aurora is a leading custom-coater and finisher for the North American textile industry supply chain.

In the printable textiles category, samples of Aurora’s Expressions canvas line will be on display. Treated with a proprietary coating developed by Aurora, Expressions has been engineered to maximise print output and throughput with today’s newest digital printing equipment. The entire line is cross-compatible with the latest generation of latex, solvent/eco-solvent and UV printers without sacrificing quality or productivity.
