With its aesthetic described as “surf hippie” by The New York Times, American lifestyle apparel leader Faherty Brand is launching a new collection using Circulose fibres made from 100% recycled pre and post-consumer waste textiles.
“Over the past months, Faherty Brand has been diligently working with suppliers to develop our Autumn 2024 launch of viscose made with Circulose,” says Lisa Diegel, director of global sustainability at Faherty Brand. “This adoption supports our commitment to Canopy in accelerating the use of NextGen fibres.”
“Circulose is currently the only NextGen material made from 100% recycled textiles that is available at scale,” adds Anna Sammarco, senior director business development and strategy at Circulose (formerly Renewcell).
