The conference programme features product-orientated and technical papers about nonwoven filter media or centred on filter media from 20 authoritative speakers including a keynote presentation by Janette Huber, Director of the Zukunfinstitut in Germany. Her paper, to be delivered at the start of the evening cocktail cruise, will address ‘Next generation innovation creating value by creating benefits for people’.
Other papers over the two days will be presented on nanofibres, transportation filtration, air filtration, liquid filtration, measurement and characterisation, and new fibre, new media and treatments.
FILTREX also offers companies the chance to promote their products or services to customers, with the FILTREX exhibition open to conference delegates and visitors. EDANA is offering a number of fully equipped stands for companies to exhibit with limited logistical preparation, or reserved space within the exhibition for companies to build their own stands.
FILTREX 2012 will attract delegates from producers of all types of filter media, raw material suppliers, laboratories and research institutions, making this conference a unique forum, not to be missed.
Speaking about his company’s ongoing participation in the event, Dr Joerg Sievert, CEO of Freudenberg Filtration Technologies and Chair of the event’s steering committee said:
“We continue to exhibit and participate in FILTREX because its value to us is clear. It is the event on nonwoven filter media that my colleagues, and competitors, won’t be missing.”
