The filigree steel, glass and composite designs of Dubai-based Affan Innovative Structures are in high demand with architects in the Middle East and the company is also a specialist in the design and installation of building maintenance and cleaning systems, davits and cradles.

Recently, the company has developed a composite-based window cleaning system that has been put to service in Dubai, to ensure some of the world’s highest and beautiful buildings remain pristine.

Speaking at the recent 2^nd International Composites Conference in Düsseldorf, Dr Amer Affan explained that he formed the company in 2004 to provide complete turnkey solutions to the construction industry, from concept design to the installation complex steel and glass assemblies and structural composite products.
