Roofing, tape and industrial applications

Milliken offers a wide range of textile capabilities for use in reinforcement fabrics. It has built its reputation on designing unique, competitive products to solve customers’ challenges.

Milliken products for reinforcing roofing are designed to help manufacturers comply with strict wind-performance standards, improve durability and increase the longevity of their commercial roofing systems.

Tires and rubber goods

Milliken’s recent acquisition of Westex, a leading manufacturer of branded flame resistant (FR) fabrics, establishes Westex by Milliken, the newly created FR business, in the forefront of the protective fabric market.

The companies work together to provide the most innovative fabrics for industrial workers, who need protection from arc flash, flash fire, and other thermal hazards. The diverse portfolio of Westex FR fabric products are real-world tested, comfortable to wear, and are sold under such brands as UltraSoft, Indura, and True Comfort.
