The Teijin booth will showcase innovative applications for carbon- and aramid-fibre-reinforced composites developed by the Teijin Group, a leader in high-performance fibres.

On display

Toho Tenax specifically will showcase how carbon fibre materials offer superior strength and lightweight properties for users in the Chinese market. It will exhibit carbon fibre reinforced plastic (CFRP) products, highlighting widening industrial applications, especially for electronic components and digital communications devices, such as cameras and tablets.

Teijin Aramid Asia will present two filament yarns, Twaron Black and Technora Black, both deep-black versions of high-modulus para-aramid fibres that were originally available only in yellow. The fibres, including the original yellow versions, are designed for applications requiring stiffness, strength, lightness and beauty, such as boat hulls and sails, motorcycle helmets, and other sporting goods. Other aramid composite applications on display will include pressure vessels, circuit breaker rods and various uses in civil engineering.
