West of England named national strategic asset

The National Composites Centre (NCC) has been praised by West of England (WoE) Metro-Mayor as a regional and national strategic asset.

Recently elected WoE Mayor Tim Bowles visited the NCC for a briefing from the NCC team and to meet with key industrial partners. The NCC Chief Executive and NCC Tier 1 Members showcased research and technology development projects, as well as outlining NCC successes and trajectory against the Government's Industrial Strategy.
