Dimension-Polyant will introduce its new X-Pac Tactical Manta fabrics to brands in the tactical and shooting sports industry at the 2025 SHOT show in Las Vegas from January 20-21.

Engineered with structural cores, Manta fabrics are said to deliver exceptional strength, stability and laser-cut precision making them deal for demanding applications like structural packs, plate carriers and Molle panels.

They are available in two constructions, the first with a Tyra Core spread filament core, and the second with Ultra Core woven polyethylene (PE) technology.

Tyra Core technology exploits spread filament fibres to deliver exceptionally lightweight and incredibly strong laminates. It expertly aligns and orients each filament, maximising their contribution to load carrying, tear resistance and puncture toughness. The result cuts out excess weight and increases performance, boosting tear and tensile strength compared to conventional materials.

Ultra Core fabrics provide a softer hand feel than Tyra Core while also being lighter weight.

The face and backing materials of the Manta fabrics are made of 100% durable nylon and are available in a range of tactical colours and patterns. All Manta fabrics are made in Putnam, Connecticut, with a line of Berry Compliant options showcasing Dimension-Polyant’s commitment to US-based sourcing and production.
