Eef Bos, the current Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of TenCate, has decided to step down as of 1 October 2016. The Supervisory Board now has the intention to nominate Frank Spaan for appointment as his successor by the General Meeting of Shareholders as per 1 October 2016.

“Since the company entered into a new phase of its development, this is for me a natural moment to leave TenCate,” Eef Bos explained. The Supervisory Board of TenCate thanked Eef Bos for his contribution and involvement with the company in the past years.

After this appointment the Executive Board of TenCate will consist of Jan Albers, CEO and Frank Spaan, CFO.
