Miller Weldmaster, a leading manufacturer of industrial fabric welding solutions, recently exhibited for the first time at the 23rd Annual Serigrafia SIGN Future TEXTIL that was held in Brazil from 10-13 July, showcasing its T-300 Extreme Edge, a machine line specifically designed for the production needs of banner and sign manufacturers.
Serigrafia SIGN FutureTEXTIL
The Serigrafia SIGN FutureTEXTIL Tradeshow claims to be the largest tradeshow in Latin America for machines, equipment, products and services for screen, textile and digital printing, communications graphics, signs, and promotional materials. Annually it attracts over 45,000 visitors and over 600 exhibitor brands from Brazil and other countries.
"Brazil was great for our first look at how we can further serve the needs of customers in South America. We were thrilled when our Brazilian distributor, Albttex Comércio de Máquinas e Equipamentos , was able to use its expertise and in-depth knowledge of our sign seam equipment to sell the T-300 Extreme Edge on the show's first day," said Anne-Sophie Dorey, Distributor Procurement Manager for Miller Weldmaster.
"This is testament to Miller Weldmaster's mission – innovating state-of-the-art welding machines that meet customers' needs globally and offering those machines through quality long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with distributors worldwide."
Fast and efficient
The T-300 Extreme Edge is designed to meet sign and banner manufacturers' needs by using a combination of enhanced machine functionality, ergonomic design features, and acutely controlled operation parameters to increase productivity and efficiency. Quick repeatable precision head adjustments and independently controlled weld rollers are part of the seamer, enabling machine operators to manufacture product with ease and efficiency.
The company highlights the machine’s ability to finish all banner and sign edgework with effectiveness and timeliness. The machine can finish a 3X8 foot (.914M x 2.43M) banner in less than 60 seconds and is capable of welding PVC, PE, PU, and other material types. It is said to produce hem, pocket, and rope-in-hem finishes on banners, signs, printed media, and to manufacture textile products at up to 30 meters per minute.
