At PerformanceDays in Munich from October 23-24, Polygiene, headquartered in Malmö, Sweden, will showcase its range of premium odour-control solutions, including plant-based, metal-free, and non-biocidal options, and its achievements in projects with partners.

Partners include Italy’s Officina+39 which is incorporating Polygiene’s StayFresh into its Recycrom pigment powder dyes made from recycled textile fibres. This makes less washing of dyed garments necessary, resulting in longer lasting brilliant colours and a longer lifetime for the coloured products. Polygiene StayFresh is Oeko-Tex and bluesign certified.

British aftercare brand Storm has meanwhile created OdorCrunch as a spray, packaged in recycled aluminum bottles for use in refreshing shoes, ski boots, pet beds etc. Polygiene’s OdorCrunch is a non-biocidal, sand-based technology, that absorbs and neutralises odours trapped in textiles. Providing 24/7 eco-friendly, non-biocidal protection, it effectively combats unpleasant smells.

Quickdry Frame, developed by Italian company Mith, is a patented moisture-management technology that controls and channels excess moisture in a special functional grid that can be applied to leather and textiles,

Unlike traditional solutions which trap moisture, this award-winning technology is a hydrophilic, quick-drying insulation, offering unmatched thermoregulation that paired with Polygiene’s OdorCrunch, also prevents  unpleasant smells and reduces the need for washing.

The technologies in Polygiene’s Freshness family, including StayFresh, OdorCrunch, ViralOff, metal-free StayFreshQ and plant based StayFreshBio, can all be combined for odour control and lasting freshness solutions. The company is at stand S14 in Hall A2 at PerformanceDays.
