UK based Xennia Technology, a leading industrial inkjet solutions provider, will be demonstrating its range of inkjet printers and inks for digital textile decoration at ITMA, the International Exhibition of Textile Machinery, in Barcelona on 22-29 September 2011.

Xennia will present its advanced industrial inkjet textile solutions at the show, including the most recent addition to its textile product portfolio, the high speed digital textile printing system from Osiris Inkjet Systems, in Hengelo, the Netherlands.

The system is said to be able to print at up to 2880m2/hour with up to 8 colours, using process and/or spot colours.

 "It is one of the highest speed inkjet printing systems in the world," explains Dr Alfons Wegdam, Xennia's Head of Textiles, "and complements Xennia's range of printing systems and inks for inkjet textile decoration. Based on our experience and understanding of inkjet technology and the different processes and materials needed in textile applications, we offer our customers the ability to select a digital solution from our range that meets their productivity, cost and image quality requirements."

Alongside these industrial digital inkjet systems, Xennia's stand will feature an array of textile samples, demonstrating a range of textile inkjet inks, including its reactive dye textile decoration ink, XenInx Amethyst.

Dr Wegdam observes: "XenInx Amethyst offers an unrivalled combination of colour performance and reliability and is qualified for Kyocera-based systems, offering a robust and reliable solution for high quality printing onto textiles."
