Smithers Rapra has announced that the 17th annual GOCarbonFibre conference will taking place from 8-10 October in Cologne, Germany. The largest GOCarbonFibre to date will be held at the Pullman Cologne, a stylish hotel just a stone’s throw from the Cologne Cathedral, the Rhine and the historic district, enabling visitors to enjoy some sightseeing in between meetings.
Last year's conference attracted over 80 delegates from 59 companies and 12 countries and organisers say the success of the conference can be reflected in the feedback below:
What's in store on this year's conference agenda
Recycling And Reuse: Since launching the world’s first event on Carbon Fibre Recycling and Reuse in 2008, the conference has regularly featured sessions on this topic. In 2014 it will revisit this subject in detail, with a full day’s programme showcasing the latest R&D, commercial viewpoints, and regulatory developments as well as end-user perspectives on recycling and reuse of carbon fibre composites.
