Reiners + Fürst (R+F), a leading manufacturer of premium spinning rings and ring travellers, will present the latest generation of its Turbo spinning rings at ITMA Asia in Shanghai, next month, which are designed to provide excellent results specifically for compact and siro-compact yarns.
Since the introduction of this latest product by R+F, more than 25 million units of Turbo rings have been installed. The enhanced surface allows increasing machine efficiencies by up to 10% – especially when producing yarns of sensitive fibres or with highest spindle speeds, according to the manufacturer.
“The new Turbo rings with benefits including low yarn hairiness, longer service life and increased machine efficiency by up to 10% are extremely beneficial for the demanding Chinese spinners,” commented Benjamin Reiners, Managing Director.
“We have been in the Chinese market since more than 25 years and R+F products are well accepted by the textiles industry. We are overwhelmed by the positive feedback for Turbo rings by Chinese spinners.”
At ITMA Asia, the company will also present new ring travellers for 100% viscose, as well as Modal, Micromodal und Tencel. The end-users are said to benefit from low yarn hairiness and longer traveller service life.
R+F is a leading manufacturer of premium spinning rings and ring travellers with a long tradition as a family-owned business in the fourth generation. The company implements the policy of in-house manufacturing for achieving premium quality standards.
The company puts great emphasis on its continuous product innovations made in Germany for over 70 years, as well as its goal towards achieving the highest efficiencies and yarn qualities over extended service life times in the ring spinning.
