The Bowra Group Inc., in its capacity as Monitor in the filing made by Crailar Technologies Inc. et al. (the “Company”) pursuant to the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, is seeking offers to purchase the assets of the Company or to make an investment in the Company to allow it to achieve profitable production as an alternative to a sale of assets.
Assets for sale include:
- ô°€ Intellectual property consisting of patents, trademarks and proprietary knowledge
- ô°€ Inventory of fiber products located in South Carolina, USA
- ô°€ Equipment for production of fiber products located in South Carolina, USA.
- ô°€ Fiber supply agreements
A Sales and Investment Solicitation Process Order has been approved by the Supreme Court of British Columbia. The deadline for to submit offers is January 5, 2016.
