Holz joined Trevira in 2001 as Head of Human Resources, a position he held until the end of 2010. At the start of 2011 he took over the function of managing director and played an instrumental part in preparing the change to the current owners of the company: Indorama Ventures PCL and Sinterama S.p.A. He has been sole CEO of Trevira GmbH since June 2013.
Five years have now passed since the change in Trevira ownership and this period has been characterised by the development of close cooperation with the majority owners Indorama Ventures and the sister companies.
Successful growth

Trevira
Trevira is a European manufacturer of high-value branded polyester fibres and filament yarns for the home textiles, automotive and apparel industries, as well as for hygiene and technical applications. Two production sites and a Marketing and Sales office with around 1,100 employees are located in Germany, supported by an international marketing and sales organisation.
In 2015, sales amounted to around EUR 253 million. The head office of the company is located in Bobingen, near Augsburg. The company is a subsidiary of Trevira Holdings, a joint venture of Indorama Ventures PCL and Sinterama S.p.A.
