Polartec, the leading provider of innovative textile solutions, has been recognised with the Meryl Sport/Activewear Design Award at the 2015 WGSN Global Fashion Awards that took place on 14 May at the Park Lane Hotel, in London.
The WGSN Global Fashion Awards are staged by WGSN, the leading trend and style forecaster, and international events group, i2i Events. The Awards celebrate and reward what's new and what's next in fashion from breakthrough design talent to innovation in design, buying, retail and e-tail.
The award recognizes the company’s continued innovation in fabric development with respect to trend, colour and fit, as well as innovations in construction, performance, sustainable practices, manufacturing techniques, and collaborative design initiatives.
