Turkish woven fabrics producer ISKO is exhibiting once again at Performance Days in Munich this week, with its must-have high-performance fabrics collection Arquas 6.0, breaking new ground in performance wear.

“Style and performance, innovation and responsibility: these are only some of Arquas’ hallmarks. ISKO’s activewear fabric platform returns for collection 6.0 to bend the rules and opens up new horizons for the activewear industry once again,” the company reports.

“ISKO has been working every angle to provide the new era of activewear and sportswear with just the right combination of high-performance properties and its Responsible Innovation approach. The result is Arquas 6.0: it features 35 fabrics, most of which are made with certified recycled materials.”

These textile concepts are all woven, even though many have the look and hand feel of knitted fabrics, ensuring superior durability and great recovery. They are designed to provide a broad range of performance properties, such as moisture management, UV and wind protection, heat retention, water and stain repellency.

What is new?

In Arquas 6.0, Nylon is used for the first time presenting super light woven and cosy outdoor fabrics, reversible and packable styles, as well as patented fabrics, such as four way-stretch ISKO Blue Skin for a 360° elasticity. Finally, the collection is designed to offer super compact fabrics that are made suitable also for fully bonded garments with body shaping and high recovery properties.

To provide inspiration to its customers, the company’s design team have created both a men’s and women’s garment collection based on three lifestyles – active, outdoor and club sports.

Active: Ideal for a wide range of sports from yoga to fitness to running. Whether participating in high- or low-impact activities, these fabrics fulfil the technical requirements of athleisure and performance-wear apparel.

Outdoor: Fabrics that stand for superior comfort, durability, water repellency and breathability, protecting the wearer from the elements of nature in any kind of setting.

Club Sports: From the perfect golf swing to a wild horse ride, essential features such as maximum flexibility, fit and performance make these the ultimate textile concepts for the sportswear market.
