Mahlo, a leading German machine builder and an inventor of automatic straightening, will be presenting its latest solutions in straightening technology and process control to Vietnamese customers at SaigonTex, which takes place from 10-13 April in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The Vietnamese textiles industry is a market that is still developing rapidly. “Mahlo, together with its sales and service partner Thach Anh Vang Co, is the perfect partner for a successful future,” the company says. “The strategy of the Vietnamese textiles industry includes offering high quality products to reasonable prices.”

“That is why producers always are on the lookout for new technology. Mahlo provides the perfect solutions for that. The automatic weft straightener Orthopac RVMC-15 unites over 70 years of experience in machine building with latest developments. The result is the Mahlo-invented opto-electronic scanner for distortion detection using an oscillating lens and a re-engineered digital signal processor. It is probably the most sensitive and versatile system in the market.”

In the area of process control, Mahlo introduces the Optipac VMC-15. The modular system is designed to optimise drying or fixing processes as well as the processes all around the stenter. Translated to the service life of a stenter, the energy costs amount to around EUR 10 million. With the right straightening ad control technology, up to 30% of this sum can be saved, according to the manufacturer. “For Mahlo clients, that means they can save several million euros by investing in a Mahlo process control system,” the company adds.

“In order to inform decision makers in Vietnam concretely and effectively about the advantages of Mahlo solutions, Mahlo’s Area Sales Manager Stephan Kehry and the trade show team welcome interested visitors.”
