Family-owned company Mahlo, a leading machine builder and an inventor of automatic straightening, will present its broad portfolio of solutions for the textiles industry at the Central Asian International Textile Machinery Exhibition (CAITME), which takes place this week.
Area Sales Manager Adnan Andac welcomes expert visitors that are interested in making their production processes more effective and increase the product quality at the same time. “Uzbekistan is one of the most important cotton producers worldwide. For the different productions tasks – from apparel over household textiles and carpets – Mahlo offers individual system solutions,” he explained.
Mahlo says it is looking forward to contributing actively to the growing trade cooperation and exports of textile goods in the Central Asian country. The company sees great potential in the textiles industry.
At CAITME, Andac presents weft straightening technology, including the Orthopac RVMC-15, energy saving concepts such as the process control for stenters Optipac VMC or the quality control system Qualiscan QMS.
The Orthopac RVMC-15 is a modular straightening and process control system available throughout the entire process of textile outfitting. It combines the functionality of a weft straightener with that of a process control system in one compact device. It automatically ensures a straight-thread product before and after the drying or fixing process and optimizes the processes all around the stenter. The Optipac VMC-15 measures and controls critical process parameters, such as dwell time, thread density, residual moisture, basis weight and exhaust air humidity.
Mahlo is a leading manufacturer of measuring, control and automation systems for the textiles and finishing industry, as well as the coating, film and paper sector. The company is located in Saal on the Danube in lower Bavaria but operates worldwide, with six branch offices in Italy, Belgium, Spain, Brazil, China and the US.
