Dalian Ruiguang Nonwoven Group, a leading Chinese nonwovens producer, has ordered a wetlaid spunlaced nonwovens production line from Andritz, a leading supplier of plants and services for the hydropower, pulp and paper, metals, and other specialised industries.
Dalian Ruiguang was set up in 1991 and mainly provides services for the international customers. The company’s products are sold to America, Britain, Canada, Spain, Malaysia, India, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan area and Hong Kong.
New production line
Andritz neXline wetlaid spunlace nonwoven production line consists of high speed, integration equipment specifically designed for the preparation of wetlaid and hydro entanglement.
This technique can expand the scope of production, including biodegradable nonwoven wipes without any chemical adhesive consolidation. The production line is scheduled to begin operation in 2015.
Reducing energy consumption
The production line has been equipped with a newly developed air penetrating drying system that can significantly reduce energy consumption.
It is reported that the wetlaid spunlaced nonwovens technology complies with the highest environmental regulations, and the products comply with European Disposables and Nonwovens Association (EDANA) and Association of the Nonwoven Fabrics Industry (INDA) new quality certification guidelines.
