The company will manufacture and sell materials for auto manufacturing and serve as a headquarters for the North American market, where Teijin Frontier is aiming to expand market share by supplying rubber and materials for car seats and airbags to Japanese and other automobile companies operating in Mexico. Sales and marketing activities are scheduled to begin in July 2016.
