Wang Jin invests in two Truetzschler Nonwovens spunlace lines

The company is planning to invest RMB 660 million for totally eight new spunlace lines with advanced technology from Truetzschler, Germany.

Truetzschler Nonwovens, a leading machinery manufacturer, and Zhejiang Wang Jin, a China based nonwovens producer, have signed an agreement to supply two spunlace lines.

One line is a high-speed carding line including the company’s random roller technology. With this line, Zhejiang Wang Jin aims to deliver outstanding web quality at highest speeds. The second investment is a cross lapper line to produce high quality products with low MD/CD ratios.

Both lines will be completely supplied by Truetzschler, a leading textile machinery manufacturer and a supplier of complete plants and machinery for the production of nonwoven products.

Founded in 2015, Zhejiang Wang Jin is a leading nonwovens producer and it says it is ready to compete in the spunlace nonwovens products market. The company is planning to invest RMB 660 million for totally eight new spunlace lines with advanced technology from Truetzschler, Germany, to explore opportunities in new markets and fulfil worldwide customers’ highest demands. The sales forecast will be RMB 1.85 billion against 75,000 tons of annual production of technical textiles.

In the future Zhejiang Wang Jin aims to play an important role in the nonwovens industry with highest quality products made on innovative machinery to compete in the fierce nonwoven market. The spunlace lines will start production during 2017.

The company targets quality-oriented customers who focus on increasing the export business besides local sales. Main products to be produced are wet wipes, face mask and other hygiene items.
