Working with Bangkok-headquartered Thai Acrylic Fibre, Guangdong Star Super Textile Technology China has launched a new fabric made from acrylic fibre with Outlast technology, blended with lyocell, wool and spandex to provide superior performance for innerwear.

“We have been producing Outlast fibre for a long time, and early this year, we started to do marketing activities to promote this fibre to brands,” said Tuhin Kulshreshtha, head of marketing at TAF “Since Outlast technology provides a proper balance between body heat production and heat loss despite changes in air temperature, the wearer feels neither too cold or too warm. We thought it would be a great fit for thermal innerwear and we are glad that Star Super was interested in this concept and agreed to the development.”

Guangdong Star Super was founded in 2013 and has many patented textile technologies. Recently, it has established its own R&D, marketing, QA testing centre and other core teams and systems.
