At ITMA Asia 2021 from June 12-16 in Shanghai, Loepfe is showcasing the market-leading YarnMaster Prisma and Zenit+ yarn fault detection systems.

With this dual offering, Loepfe aims to lead on technology, performance, proven reliability, and price.

YarnMaster Prisma combines infrared optical, RGB optical, capacitive and triboelectric sensors along with instant connectivity to allow the detection of previously invisible yarn faults and irregularities, with collection and analysis of data for effective online quality management through the MillMaster TOP management cockpit.

“YarnMaster Zenit+ is highly regarded as our workhorse and has been well-established over the years,” said the company’s head of product and solutions, Guido Wieland. “While our competitors are still using sensor technology that has been developed more than a decade ago, with YarnMaster Prisma we have clearly set the global benchmark for yarn clearing sensor technologies. Drawing on today’s smart sensor technology, we have taken performance in various applications to a whole new level. The whole team is excited to see the enthusiasm generated by the YarnMaster Prisma – and our motivation to deliver even more intelligent solutions is at an all-time high.”

Loepfe technology will be presented at ITMA Asia 2021 by the company’s partners CNT Cimaco and Point Hope in Hall 8 at stand C22 while Loepfe representatives in Switzerland will be available for ad-hoc conference calls at any time.
