Finland based Verseidag Ballistic Protection is a fully integrated manufacturer of armour and ballistic protection products, including a full range of vests, both overt and covert, tactical vests, EOD suits and shields.
According to the manufacturer, through this acquisition, which is worth EUR 18 million, Sioen Armour Technology and Verseidag Ballistic Protection will become one of the leading companies on the European market offering a wide range of ballistic solutions to their customers.

Verseidag Ballistic Protection Oy has manufacturing facilities in Finland and sales forces in Finland, Germany, and the UK, where it is involved in continuous development of hgh quality, customised products. For 2017, Verseidag Ballistic Protection forecasts an EBITDA of approximately EUR 2.2 million.
Henrik Wikström, the current Managing Director and driving force behind the recent year’s success has agreed to stay on board and is enthusiastic about joining forces with Sioen Industries. “It is our common goal to further invest in the worldwide development of Verseidag Ballistic Protection Oy,” he said.
