The new Autumn/Winter 22/23 Hybrid/Aero Zama pants and pullover smock from Manchester, UK-based brand Wawwa are both made from premium organic fabric from Halley Stevensons. Inspired by the Scottish finisher’s original 1910 patent for waterproofing, the  textiles combine the driest wax with soft aero tumbling, and the garments are then expertly constructed at Wawwa’s factory in Manchester.

The emulsified wax finish makes the garments soft,  lightweight, breathable and weather repellent. Both styles are machine washable and can be line dried and lightly ironed. The flyweight military herringbone fabric is made with organic cotton, has a cool handle and will age over time. It can be by re-waxed with Wawwa’s reproofing spray.

Each piece will be made to order, enabling the brand to ensure it doesn’t overproduce and create waste. The items also qualify for the Wawwa customisation service, allowing customers to have them tailor made to their own measurements, creating a bespoke perfect fit.
