The UK based manufacturer of super absorbents and nonwoven materials Technical Absorbents has launched its new online portal – ExploreSAF.com – which has been developed by its marketing agency Bluestorm Design.
Simplifying the visitor journey was the goal of Technical Absorbents as it embarked upon the design of its new website. “Our website is one of the first opportunities we have to showcase our company and superabsorbent technology,” explained Anita Bemrose, Marketing Manager.
“Visitors can access the website via products or applications, the navigation and content has been improved, and videos have been integrated where possible to bring our SAF technology alive. The addition of a Live Chat facility allows us to start engaging with visitors earlier. They can simply click on the Live Chat button, send us a message, and we can respond online in real time during office hours.”
“Ultimately the website will be multilingual as we aim for visitors to be able to interact in the language they select. As a global supplier, this is extremely important.”
Technical Absorbents has been creating super absorbent solutions for numerous application areas since inception in the 1990’s. As well as being the manufacturer of fibrous super absorbents, it has also positioned itself as a leading innovator of super absorbent materials. It has its own needlefelt development line and also works with a large network of converters to create bespoke fabric and yarn solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
