Biska Tekstil, based in Gazientep, Turkey, is in the process of installing what will be the longest installation of Autocoro rotor spinning machines and the first to be completely comprised of fourth-generation Autocoro 11 units.

Seven Autocoro 11 units have already been installed at Biska’s plant, with a further eleven now being added, each with 816 spinning positions – a total of some 16,320 positions.

All Autocoro 11 units at Biska Tekstil are of the Recycling Xtreme rX edition, enabling them to meet the demands of the future textile market by producing sustainable open end (OE) yarns from recycled fibres.

Autocoro rotor-spinning machines are already operating reliably in spinning mills worldwide, with over one million spinning positions at work. Equipped with the Recycling Xtreme rX edition, the new fully automatic fourth-generation Autocoro 11 is tailor-made for recycled fibres. In addition, it has more powerful automation and a new LED-supported operator guidance system which further enhances the high productivity.
