At the upcoming ITME 2022 from December 8-13 at the India Exposition Mart in Noida, India, Groz-Beckert will present a combination of real machines and augmented reality demonstrations to showcase its extensive product portfolio.

The company’s SAN SF needle and SNK SF sinker have been specifically developed for knitting staple fibre yarns on large diameter circular machines. In addition, needles for particularly fine gauges and special applications which have been specifically developed for manufacturing technical textiles will be displayed.

With coordinated warp knitting needles, system parts and modules, Groz-Beckert emphasises its expertise as a system provider in the warp knitting segment.

For weaving, the focus will be on the WarpMasterPlus drawing-in and KnotMaster tying machines, both characterised by their simple operation and flexibility.

The patented Gebecon felting needle has improved surface quality and optimised bending resistance properties for nonwovens production, and will be featured along with the HyTec P jet strip for spunlace customers.

For carding operations, the easy-to-clean revolving TV56 top and a cylinder wire with a special and patented tooth shape has been developed to achive a positive effect on maintenance, while InLine card clothing for the nonwovens industry offers improved performance due to a new and patented production process.

The SAN 5.2 special application needle for sewing technical textiles is meanwhile characterised by a special geometry and exceptional stability.
