Heberlein Technology will showcase its latest developments for the air texturing of lightweight, premium fabrics using ultra-fine yarns at the upcoming GTTES (Global Textile Technology and Engineering Show) 2025 in Mumbai, India from February 21-23.
At synthetic fibre texturing positions, and especially when processing polyamide filaments, the latest APe043 jet insert minimises yarn displacement, preventing undeveloped knots and ensuring the smooth production of ultra-fine yarns down to 20 denier.
Heberlein jet cores have been the reliable solution for the air textured yarn (ATY) industry for decades, for the production of compact and uniform yarns from 30dtex up to 3,000dtex, or softer textile yarns achieved through a higher overfeed.
The new robust HemaJet-LB06 jet housing is compatible with all Heberlein jet cores and the distance between its impact body and the jet core can be easily adjusted using various gauges, allowing for precise control and optimisation of the texturing process.
Producers of demanding technical yarns appreciate the PolyJet-TG-3 TopAir for yarns with unmatched evenness and uniform interlacing density and strong, reliable knots for high-tenacity yarns. Additionally, the yarn parameters of tensile strength, elongation and elasticity show smaller variations, for ultimate quality benefits as well as improved unwinding behaviour of the bobbins.
The PolyJet SP-3 and TG-3 high-performance air interlacing jets also feature a unique quick-release system, so jet packs can be exchanged within seconds, with just a single 180-degree turn.
They have a compact, space-saving design and a roll bar to protect the ceramic surfaces
