Technical Fibre Products (TFP) will be exhibiting its advanced nonwovens at SAMPE China this May. The company will be supported at the show by its exclusive agents in China, BluDot Asia.

On display will be a selection of TFP’s innovative nonwovens, ranging from the latest lightweight thermoplastic veils which are used in composite toughening to materials which are said to deliver a high quality and functional surface finish in applications, such as aircraft and sporting goods.

The exhibition and conference, which runs from 10-12 May, will be held at the China International Exhibition Center in Beijing. Visitors to the show can find out more about how TFP’s multifunctional nonwovens provide a wide variety of solutions for composites.

These include enabling a high quality, resin rich surface finish whilst simultaneously imparting surface functionality such as EMI shielding, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, electrical conductivity and static dissipation, the company explains.

Additional applications include providing a barrier to galvanic corrosion, functioning as a lightweight, effective carrier or support for adhesive films, or acting as a resin flow medium to provide enhanced resin transportation in both inter-laminar and surface regions.

Technical Fibre Products (TFP) is a leading nonwoven manufacturer, offering a broad choice of high quality, technically advanced nonwovens for an array of challenging applications across industries ranging from aerospace to automotive, energy, industrial, construction and healthcare.
