Beachy brings a wealth of expertise from her previous role as Managing Partner at Hyla Strategies, a boutique New York City-based marketing firm. Her dynamic leadership and proven success in brand storytelling, consumer engagement, and sustainability make her a pivotal addition as Thermore gears up for its next phase of growth.
With over a decade of experience, Beachy has led marketing strategies for a diverse array of client - from start-ups featured on Shark Tank to Fortune 500 companies. Her work has consistently transformed brands through data-driven insights and compelling narratives, making her a natural fit to elevate Thermore’s mission.

Her strategic marketing expertise has driven measurable growth by transforming online communities into loyal customers, making her uniquely suited to guide Thermore’s entry into the consumer space.
In her new role, Beachy will oversee global marketing initiatives, with a focus on enhancing Thermore’s brand presence among consumers while maintaining its strong B2B relationships. “Thermore is a trusted name in the apparel industry, known for its innovation and sustainability,” Beachy commented. “I’m excited to educate consumers about the importance of sustainable manufacturing and conscientious purchasing decisions.”
