Compared to previous models, energy savings of up to 20% can be achieved with Tonello’s latest  Evolution 3 washing and dyeing machines, which are the result of years of research, experimentation and continuous improvement by the Italian company.

All of the innovations implemented in the machines are designed to further reduce water and energy consumption, increase productivity and lower energy and maintenance costs without compromising on performance.

Tried and tested machine construction allows for the maximum optimisation of water use during each type of process, as well as energy savings provided by several improvements, including high efficiency motors built with materials that reduce losses and consumption.  Optimised transmission with new high efficiency belts also absorbs less energy and promotes greater durability and wear resistance than previous models. The machine is also more compact and new inverters enable perfect motor control, reducing vibration and stress. The electronic boards have meanwhile been treated to even better withstand the more harsh environments of the laundry and dyeing plant.

Designed for maximum performance, all machines in the Evolution 3 line are built with the best stainless steels and AISI 316L, for example, is used in the most critical applications, in internal parts in contact with the bath, and in all electrical cabinets, resulting in increased resistance to corrosion and wear.

Quality, strength and durability are also enhanced by drum welds made by a high-precision robot.
