NikeCourt tennis collection by Nike, the world's leading sportswear brand, serves New York’s complete day-to-night ceremony of tennis with footwear and apparel solutions designed for practice, on-court performance and off-court style.
The collection produced by Nike is connected through print and colour. Pops of Hot Lava, which references Nike’s disruptive tennis DNA, and hits of camouflage can be found throughout. Each product is informed by athlete insights and inspired by athlete lifestyles, the company reports.
NikeCourt’s practice apparel equips athletes for intense training sessions. Madison Keys practices in the NikeCourt Logo Tank and NikeCourt Short. The tank’s racerback design helps athletes move naturally, while the short’s Nike Dri-FIT fabric is designed to help with moisture management.
Grigor Dimitrov will prepare for his matches in the NikeCourt Logo Crew and Nike Gladiator 9” Short. The crew features a poly-cotton fabric for a soft feel and lower shoulder seams are developed to offer a smooth fit.
NikeCourt’s on-court night apparel features contrasting colours and patterns. This opposition is inspired by the duelling forces at play in New York — the grit of the city set against the celebrity glamour of the tournament, the company reports.
Serena Williams will don the Nike Premier Dress while on court in New York. Animal print on the front of the dress reflects Williams’ taste in style, while the open back accentuates her hard-earned muscle definition, demonstrating the beauty of strength.
Maria Sharapova will sport the Nike Premier Maria Dress. Its shaped back panel aids range of motion while laser perforations provide enhanced breathability. Eugenie Bouchard will compete in the Nike Slam Printed Breathe Tank and Nike Victory Breathe Skirt. Each features all-over perforated Dri-FIT fabric to deliver ventilated comfort.
Rafa Nadal will take the court in the Nike Premier Rafa Crew and Nike Gladiator 7” Printed Short. Grigor Dimitrov will pair the Nike Advantage Breathe Polo with the Nike Gladiator Breathe 11” Short. The short’s perforated mesh allows for a base layer, worn underneath, to provide a pop of colour.
The collection’s off-court apparel carries on-court colour and print to the street. Maria Sharapova is equipped for post-match activity in the NikeCourt Vest and NikeCourt Tee Dress. The vest remixes tennis style for the street, with fine pique fabric and an adjustable hood.
Madison Keys choose the NikeCourt Bomber Jacket and NikeCourt Tank. The jacket takes a classic court design and transforms it for the street with a water-repellent finish and extended hem in the front. The tank’s breathable cotton pique fabric features a draped fit for flattering coverage.
For men, the NikeCourt Bomber Jacket is inspired by pre-match warm-up jackets, the NikeCourt Fleece Crew combines soft French terry fabric with modern details such as a full-side zip and asymmetric hem, and the NikeCourt Street Tee captures the gritty energy of the urban game with its street-court print.
