At its 1,320-square-metre stand C101 in Hall 3 at ITMA 2023 in Milan from June 8-14, Truetzschler will introduce the latest machines and technologies from its entire portfolio – spinning, card clothing, nonwovens and manmade fibres.
Truetzschler Spinning will showcase the latest developments in carding, draw frame and combing which meet the most important customer requirements in fibre processing – higher efficiency, more sustainable raw material utilization and intelligent automation – while also displaying the potential of digital technologies for spinning mills.
The company will also introduce its latest Truecycled brand for textile recycling and demonstrate how textile waste can now be turned into high quality sliver.
A wide range of technologies will be presented by Truetzschler Card Clothing (TCC), which is also focusing on recycling applications, with features and functions supplemented by the My Wires digital wire performance solution that is integrated into the Truetzschler digital platform.
Truetzschler Nonwovens will also showcase solutions for producing new and environmentally friendly wipe materials and nlocking the potential of digitalisation will be the key topic at the T-One corner, where experts will demonstrate every aspect of the Truetzschler digital environment – from quality control and recipe management through to real-time process monitoring and AI-based line optimization.
The company’s cooperation partner in needlepunching, Italy’s Texnology, will meanwhile be demonstrating a line featuring components from the T-Suprema range of machines at stand A101 in Hall 10.
Finally, Truetzschler Man-Made Fibers will demonstrate the power of the flexible Optima platform for all types of bulk continuous filament (BCF) carpet and industrial yarns.
